Production Process

Because we care about our customers we highly care about our products and because of that we follow international and world wide standards and procedures in our production process.

01. Project Design
Project designing is made in CAD-Electric prior to panel production.

All Switchboards are individually designed and tailor made to suit a customer’s needs
taking into account the space available, cable entries, access into the switch room and any other special site requirements.  
02. Manufacturing
In our factory where latest technology is used, we produce different type of metal structure and design in our CNC plant, bending, welding using CO2 painting with electrostatic oven part RAL 7032.

03. Assembly
Whatever the size or complexity, we can provide you with a full electronic design, build an installation of enclosures and control panels for all types of industrial factory automation.

04. Labeling
All inner panel switch devices labeling is carried out with engrave CNC machines using hard plastic plate,
while terminals and cables labeling is done with plotter in a way making the panel understandable to users.

05. Testing
Several tests are done to our products to guarantee accurate operating with high  quality with no risks, those test include:

  • Visual inspection
  • Mechanical inspection
  • Electrical inspection
Visual inspection
where there is inspection on front view conformity with  drawing, inspection on surface being damaged, inspection on correction of parts installation and  correctness of cabling and labeling.
Mechanical inspection
here there is checking on all the mechanically  operating parts if they are functioning properly such as doors, also if the bolts and screw connections are tightened with appropriate torque.
Electrical inspection
an inspection is done on the functions of timer, relay,  switch, circuit breaker, contactor, earth leakage relay, also current transformer circuit.
beside the high voltage tests phase to phase, phase to earth and phase to neutral according to IEC standard  for routine test.
